I’ll take a stab on jags. I don’t think they are good but 7/1 to win a division that I don’t think is that talented. No great receiving corps anywhere in that division so can’t expect any team to be an offensive juggernaut.
Matt Ryan is probably the best qb but a solid argument could be made that Lawrence is the 2nd best in the division or even the first. I expect a big improvement from last year. Biggest move is the upgrade from urban Meyer to Peterson. Again, argument could be made they have the best qb and coach in the division. I expect Tennessee to take a step back and losing brown imo is huge. Etienne missed all of last year, Lawrence and he have chemistry from college and I like Peterson tutoring them. Colts on their 6th different qb in 6 years and Ryan is a statue. Colts clearly the best on paper but at 7/1 to wins. 4 team race I think is value. There is always a team that comes out of nowhere. Also took over 6 wins for the jags pretty large. Think they are better than the skins, giants, both games vs Houston, lions and jets. They gotta steal a few which they did last year. Beating the bills and colts was inexplicable last year so I could see a surprise somewhere where they win a few they shouldn’t.
Coaching improvement, Lawrence improvement, etienne healthy and an improved line on both sides I’ll take a stab at it and can see reason as to why they would be ascending but again it is the jags so can’t get too excited.
